About

Legacy &
Founding companies

Nexterra Environmental was built on the legacy of three founding companies — Jen-Hill, Ero-Guard, and Ramy Turf — each deeply rooted in the erosion control and stormwater industry. These companies weren’t created from corporate strategy or investment funds, but from the hands-on expertise of people who lived and worked in the field. Their shared commitment to service, integrity, and innovation shaped the foundation of Nexterra’s culture today. Together, their legacy represents more than decades of business success — it’s a continuation of the relationships, technical know-how, and passion for environmental stewardship that still drive us forward.
